The waste producer is responsible and avoids mixing different wastes, and sorts them according to their physico-chemical properties and toxicity as described by OMoD. The chart “Management of Chemical Wastes at the FSB” can be helpful to classify the different categories of chemical wastes. It describes how to separate the different types of chemical wastes.

Rules:

An appropriate and clean packaging must be choosen for your specific waste.

The right OMoD label must be put on your waste packaging.

Every Wednesday the chemical storage, located in the room SV 606, is open from 10:00 till 11:30. The people in charge is Nicole Paduwat and should be contated in case of questions or problems.
